the hotel offered a great view of the tyne bridge. the room was large and well maintained. i appreciated the super comfy pillows. car parking was straightforward to pay for and located nearby.
The window frames let noise in. I had a poor night's sleep.

the room was lovely and well appointed. it had good décor and was quite large, very clean, with two huge bathtubs as well as a waterfall shower. the signature suite also included a sofa and two tv's.

My room overlooked the river. It was large, clean, and comfortable. The room temperature was also easy to adjust. Breakfast service was excellent and Tirso was very attentive. His positive energy really made my day.
I noticed the bedside chargers are located on the other side of the room.

The receptionist was helpful. The room felt luxurious. The bed linen was beautiful. I enjoyed a drink in the gorgeous bar. The barmen were very professional and made great cocktails.
